This financial modelling course covers a real-life case study of a value-add investment opportunity with two tenants on short term leases that are materially under-rented (Project Cosmos). The business plan involves terminating the lease contracts, implementing a capex programme to upgrade the building and reletting the building at open market rents. 

In this case study, you are an Analyst at a real estate private equity firm called Thanos Capital and your job is to make an investment recommendation on Project Cosmos. You can only make this investment recommendation by building a financial model.
